DMX-kaapeli EUROLITE EC-1 IP65 3-napainen, 1 m, musta

EUROLITE EC-1 IP65 3-pin DMX cable, 1 m, black, is a professional-grade connection cable designed for DMX512 lighting systems where protection against dust and moisture is required. The cable features a standard 3-pin DMX configuration in a rugged, weather-resistant housing rated to IP65, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor temporary installations and stage applications. Its short 1-meter length simplifies signal routing between controllers and fixtures in compact setups while maintaining reliable data transmission.

Advantages

The cable's IP65-rated connectors provide resistance to dust ingress and water jets, reducing the risk of connector failure in damp or exposed environments. The 3-pin configuration ensures compatibility with a wide range of lighting controllers and fixtures that use the DMX512 protocol. Constructed with a black outer jacket, this cable integrates discreetly into stage and installation environments. The short length minimizes excess cable on stage and helps preserve signal integrity by reducing unnecessary cable runs.

How to use

Connect the appropriate 3-pin connector end to the DMX output of your controller and the other end to the DMX input of the fixture. Ensure connectors are fully seated and, where present, engage any locking mechanism to maintain a secure connection. For outdoor or damp environments, verify that connector seals are intact and that cable routing avoids standing water or direct exposure to heavy spray where possible. When linking multiple fixtures in a chain, adhere to DMX termination and wiring practices to prevent signal reflections and ensure reliable communication.

Recommendations

For best results, use this cable within recommended DMX512 chain lengths and include a DMX terminator at the end of the run. Inspect connector seals periodically and replace the cable if the outer jacket or connector housing shows signs of damage that could compromise the IP65 protection.
