DSIT CAT 6a S/FTP LSOH verkkokaapeli, 1,5 m, harmaa

For installations where fire safety and signal integrity are non-negotiable, this DSIT CAT 6a patch cable stands apart. The S/FTP construction pairs individual foil shielding on every twisted pair with an overall braided screen, effectively blocking alien crosstalk and EMI—critical for 10GBASE-T links in dense racks or industrial environments. The LSOH jacket releases minimal smoke and no halogen gases in a fire, making it suitable for public buildings, data centres, and anywhere strict fire codes apply.

Highlights

• Category 6a performance: 500 MHz bandwidth, supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 100 m channel length.
• S/FTP shielding: PIMF (pairs in metal foil) plus braided overall screen for superior noise immunity.
• LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket: meets IEC 60332-1, IEC 61034, and IEC 60754 fire safety standards.
• Stranded 26 AWG copper conductors for flexibility and reliable PoE delivery.
• Pre-terminated RJ45 male connectors on both ends, wired to TIA/EIA-568B.
• Backward compatible with Cat6, Cat5e, and Cat5 networks.

In daily use

At 1.5 metres, this grey patch cord is ideal for connecting servers, switches, patch panels, or workstations in high-density environments. The stranded copper conductors remain flexible even in tight cable management, while the robust shielding ensures error-free transmission at 10 Gbps. PoE devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones can be powered without performance degradation. The LSOH jacket is not only safer in fire but also resistant to abrasion and common chemicals, extending the cable's service life.
