DSIT DANICOM CAT6 FTP 305m ulkokaapeli massiivisella PE-vaipalla (Fca) DC-OUT-FTP6-305S-FCA

Running a network across a campus or between buildings? This DSIT DANICOM CAT6 FTP Outdoor Cable is engineered for exactly that. This 305-meter reel of solid-conductor, foiled twisted pair cable is built to survive sun, rain, and temperature swings while delivering reliable Gigabit Ethernet performance. The PE jacket and Fca fire rating make it suitable for outdoor and building-entry installations where safety and durability are non-negotiable.

Key specifications

• Category: CAT6, 4 pairs, 23 AWG solid bare copper conductors
• Shielding: FTP (foil screened twisted pairs) for EMI protection
• Length: 305 meters on a reel
• Jacket: UV-resistant polyethylene (PE), black
• Fire reaction class: Fca (Euroclass)
• Performance: up to 250 MHz, 1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet
• Standards: TIA/EIA-568-C.2, ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173
• Operating temperature: -20°C to +60°C

Why choose it

Outdoor installations demand more than a standard patch cable. This cable’s solid copper conductors ensure consistent signal integrity over long distances, while the foil shield guards against interference from nearby power lines or radio sources. The PE jacket resists UV degradation and moisture, so the cable won’t crack or corrode after a season outdoors. And because it meets the Fca fire class, it’s safe to route through risers or plenum spaces where local codes require low flame spread.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting buildings in a campus or industrial park
• Outdoor Wi-Fi access point backhaul
• IP security camera runs along exterior walls

Good to know

This cable comes on a convenient reel for easy pulling and storage. The solid conductors are ideal for permanent installations, not for frequent flexing. For termination, use CAT6 FTP connectors and ensure proper grounding of the foil shield to maintain performance and safety.
