DSIT DANICOM CAT6 ulko-UTP-verkkokaapeli – 15 m, musta, 100 % kupari (DC-OUT-60-150)

For installers and network technicians running Ethernet outdoors, the DSIT DANICOM CAT6 Outdoor UTP Cable delivers reliable gigabit connectivity over 15 metres. Its 100% copper solid conductors and UV-resistant PE jacket withstand sun, rain, and temperature swings from -20°C to 60°C, making it ideal for connecting IP cameras, access points, or outbuildings. The unshielded twisted pair design keeps installation simple while supporting up to 250 MHz bandwidth for 1 Gbps at full length and 10 Gbps on shorter runs.

Why choose it

Unlike copper-clad aluminium cables, this cable uses 100% copper conductors for superior signal integrity and lower resistance, ensuring stable PoE delivery to outdoor devices. The UV-resistant PE jacket prevents cracking and degradation from sunlight, extending the cable's service life in exposed installations. Its solid conductor design is optimised for permanent runs, not frequent flexing, making it a dependable backbone for outdoor networks.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting outdoor IP security cameras to a PoE switch
• Extending a home or office network to a garden office or garage
• Linking outdoor Wi-Fi access points for campus or yard coverage
• Running Ethernet along exterior walls or through conduit

Good to know

This is a bulk cable without connectors; you will need to terminate it with RJ45 plugs or keystone jacks. For best performance, maintain the twist rate and avoid sharp bends. The cable is unshielded, so keep it away from high-voltage power lines to minimise interference. Installation in conduit is recommended for mechanical protection, though the jacket is designed for direct outdoor exposure.
