DSIT nippuside 100 mm musta 100 kpl:n pakkaus - nylon 6.6 itselukittuva

Secure your cables quickly and reliably with these DSIT cable ties, engineered from high-strength nylon 6.6 for exceptional tensile strength and long-term durability. Each 100mm tie is self-locking and designed for single-use applications, providing a permanent, tamper-resistant hold. The black colour, enhanced with carbon black pigment, offers excellent UV resistance for both indoor and outdoor use. With a tensile strength of 8 kg, these ties are ideal for bundling wires, organizing cables, and securing components in a wide range of environments.

Advantages

Manufactured from nylon 6.6, these cable ties deliver outstanding mechanical strength and resistance to oils, greases, and common solvents. The self-locking mechanism ensures a secure grip that won't loosen over time, while the UV-stabilized black material prevents degradation from sunlight exposure. Each pack includes 100 pieces, providing ample supply for large projects or ongoing maintenance. The compact 100mm length and 2.5mm width make them versatile for both light and medium-duty bundling tasks, with a maximum bundle diameter of 22mm.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, select a cable tie length that is at least twice the diameter of the bundle you intend to secure. Avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to delicate cables. Store unused ties in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain material integrity. When working in extreme temperatures, allow ties to acclimate to ambient conditions before installation.
