DSIT Wymefa kaapelivetojousi 5,2 mm sisäkaapelilla, 20 m (SV-TV-20)

Electricians and network installers often face the challenge of routing cables through long, narrow conduits or pipes. The DSIT Wymefa Cable Pulling Spiral SV-TV-20 is a 20-meter flexible rod with a 5.2 mm diameter, engineered to make this task straightforward. Its fiberglass reinforced plastic (GFK) body, combined with an integrated steel strand core, provides the perfect balance of flexibility and pushability, allowing you to navigate bends and obstacles with ease.

Key specifications

• Length: 20 meters
• Outer diameter: 5.2 mm
• Material: Fiberglass reinforced plastic (GFK) with steel strand core
• Coating: Polyethylene (PE) for smooth sliding
• End fittings: Pulling eye and guide head (M5 thread)
• Color: Yellow
• Electrically insulating and corrosion resistant

Why choose it

The integrated steel strand gives this spiral exceptional pushing stability, preventing buckling even in long runs. The PE coating reduces friction, so the rod glides through conduits without snagging. Its high flexibility allows it to follow tight curves, while the durable construction withstands abrasion and harsh environments. The yellow color enhances visibility on the job site, and the coiled storage form keeps it tangle-free and portable.

Ideal use cases

• Pulling electrical wires through wall or ceiling conduits
• Installing network cables (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber) in ducts
• Routing cables in automotive or marine applications
• Retrieving dropped cables from hard-to-reach spaces
• Pre-installing pull cords in empty pipes

Good to know

The M5 threaded fittings allow you to attach various pulling accessories, such as hooks or grips, for different cable types. The spiral is electrically insulating, making it safe to use near live circuits (though always follow safety protocols). When not in use, simply coil it back into its compact form for easy storage in a toolbox or van.
