Edding 5000 Acrylic Marker Broad pysyvä tussi kiilakärki sininen

The Edding 5000 Acrylic Marker Broad permanent marker with a 5–10 mm chisel tip delivers expressive broad strokes and reliable coverage. The marker contains highly pigmented, lightfast and permanent acrylic paint in a vivid blue. It is suitable for filling larger areas or creating bold lines, while the thin side of the chisel tip enables finer lettering and detail work. The marker is part of a 26-colour range available in opaque, semi-opaque and transparent finishes and is coordinated with the Edding 5200 permanent sprays.

Advantages

The acrylic ink provides high pigmentation, long-lasting lightfastness and permanent adhesion on many surfaces. The 5–10 mm chisel tip allows both broad strokes and finer lines using the narrow edge. Available in a wide palette with three degrees of coverage, the marker supports diverse painting techniques and matches colours from the Edding 5200 spray range. The product is made in Germany and designed for consistent, reliable application.

Suitable for

• Filling and colouring larger areas on paper, cardboard and canvas
• Creating bold lettering and signage
• Mixed-media artwork and craft projects
• Detailing and outlining using the thin edge of the chisel tip

How to use

Shake the marker well before use to mix the acrylic pigment. Prime the tip on a scrap surface until the ink flows evenly. Use the broad side of the chisel tip for wide strokes and area filling; rotate the tip or use the narrow edge for thinner lines and lettering. Allow layers to dry between applications for optimal adhesion and colour intensity. Store horizontally with the cap closed to preserve ink flow.

Recommendations

Test the marker on a small area of the chosen surface before extensive use. On non-porous surfaces, adhesion and permanence may vary; apply a compatible primer or sealer if long-term durability is required.
