Elba kansiorekisteri 21-osainen A–Z värillinen, malli 100204736

Elba folder index 21-part A–Z colored, model 100204736 is a set of 21 preprinted, colored divider tabs designed to organize documents alphabetically. Each tab covers a specific letter or letter range so that files, folders and ring binders can be arranged for fast retrieval. The dividers are made to fit standard office folders and many binder systems, providing a straightforward solution for managing records, school materials and household paperwork.

Advantages

The colored A–Z layout offers immediate visual separation between sections, reducing search time. Durable tab edges and a reinforced format improve resistance to frequent handling and page turning. The uniform design ensures compatibility with various filing systems and allows quick insertion into folders or binders. Using alphabetic dividers simplifies indexing and supports consistent archive practices.

Suitable for

• Office filing and document archiving
• School coursework and subject organization
• Home paperwork, manuals and receipts
• Libraries or small archive systems requiring alphabetical indexing

Key specifications

• Number of parts: 21 dividers covering A–Z ranges
• Layout: Alphabetic A–Z indexing
• Color: Multi-colored tabs for visual separation
• Compatibility: Designed for use with standard folders and many ring binders
• Material characteristics: Sturdy paper or light cardstock suitable for repeated handling

How to use

Insert each divider into the folder or binder in alphabetical order, aligning tabs so that letters are visible for quick access. Place documents behind the corresponding tab according to the first letter of the subject or name. If needed, combine multiple documents under a single tab when they share the same initial letter range. For optimal performance, avoid overfilling sections to prevent stress on the divider edges.

Recommendations

For longer-lasting results, store the dividers away from moisture and direct sunlight. When used in high-traffic filing systems, consider reinforcing the tabs with transparent adhesive labels or reinforcements at the punched edge to extend durability. Regularly review and reorganize sections to keep the alphabetical order accurate and maintain efficient retrieval.
