How to use

Select preferred weight units (kg, lb or st) as needed. After use the scale powers off automatically to conserve energy.

Recommendations

For consistent tracking, weigh yourself under similar conditions (e.g., same time of day, minimal clothing) and place the scale on a hard, level floor. Avoid wet feet and keep the battery compartment securely closed. The body composition values are estimates and should be used for monitoring trends rather than as medical diagnostics.
