Eristyslevy Pro 19 mm/100 cm

This INSULATION SHEET PRO 19MM/100CM is a high-performance elastomeric rubber insulation sheet designed for thermal and acoustic insulation in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and industrial applications. Made from closed-cell Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) foam, it offers excellent thermal conductivity (λ ≤ 0.033 W/(m·K) at 0°C) and high water vapor diffusion resistance (μ ≥ 10,000). The sheet is self-adhesive with a reinforced mesh backing for easy installation on irregular surfaces. It is black, 19 mm thick, and 1000 mm wide (100 cm).

Advantages

This insulation sheet provides superior thermal efficiency, reduces energy loss, and prevents condensation. Its closed-cell structure ensures low water absorption and high resistance to water vapor. The material is flexible, easy to cut and install, and offers good sound absorption. It is fiber-free, dust-free, chlorine-free, and has antimicrobial properties that inhibit mold and bacterial growth. The product is CE marked and classified Euroclass B-s3, d0 for fire performance.

Suitable for

• HVAC systems (ducts, pipes, air handling units)
• Refrigeration and cold storage
• Plumbing and hot water systems
• Industrial piping, tanks, and vessels
• Acoustic insulation in buildings
