How to use

Fill the removable 2.1 L water tank and check that the unit is connected to a grounded power outlet. Preheat the machine according to the manufacturer's indicator, then insert ground coffee or a compatible pod into the portafilter. Tamp the coffee evenly for ground coffee, attach the portafilter to the group head and start extraction. Use the steam wand for frothing milk after the boiler reaches steaming temperature; purge briefly before and after use to remove condensation. Empty and rinse the drip tray and portafilter after each use and descale periodically following the manufacturer's guidelines.

Recommendations

For best results, use freshly roasted, properly ground coffee for manual extraction and maintain regular cleaning and descaling intervals. Adjust grind size and tamping pressure to fine-tune extraction for optimal crema and flavour when using ground coffee. When steaming milk, work with cold milk and a chilled pitcher for more consistent texture.
