Advantages

This ring binder combines sturdy polypropylene covers with a cardboard core to balance durability and weight. How to use

Open the ring mechanism and insert punched A4 sheets or punched plastic sleeves, aligning holes with the rings. Close the mechanism fully to secure documents and avoid overfilling beyond the binder’s depth to ensure smooth closing and shelf storage. Store vertically on a shelf or horizontally in a drawer; when moving the binder, support the spine to prevent deformation. For long-term storage, keep the binder in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve the polypropylene cover and board core.

Recommendations

For organised filing, group related documents by date or topic and use dividers or labeled sleeves. When transporting, use a briefcase or box to protect the binder from moisture and sharp impacts. Replace worn insert sleeves periodically to maintain document legibility and protection.
