Ethernet TP -kaapeli Siemens 6XV1870-3QE50 RJ45 CAT 6 patchkaapeli, suojattu, teollisuusverkkoon

Siemens Ethernet TP Cord 6XV1870-3QE50 is an RJ45 CAT 6 patch cable engineered for industrial networking and automation environments. The shielded design and CAT 6 performance support reliable gigabit Ethernet connections between switches, PLCs, HMIs and other networked control devices. Constructed to meet the demands of factory floors and control cabinets, the cable provides consistent signal integrity and reduced electromagnetic interference for stable data transfer in industrial applications.

Advantages

The shielded CAT 6 construction offers improved protection against external electromagnetic interference, helping to maintain signal quality in electrically noisy environments. Standard RJ45 connectors ensure compatibility with common industrial networking ports, while the cable’s design supports gigabit speeds for high-throughput data exchange. The product’s focus on durability and stable transmission makes it suitable for continuous operation in control systems and industrial communication setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting PLCs, HMIs and industrial switches
• Wiring control cabinets and server cabinets in production facilities
• Industrial Ethernet networks requiring shielded CAT 6 connections
• Applications needing reliable gigabit data transmission on factory floors

Key specifications

• Cable category: CAT 6 (shielded)
• Connector type: RJ45 (8P8C)
• Performance: Gigabit Ethernet capable
• Shielding: Overall and/or individual pair shielding to reduce EMI
• Typical use: Industrial networking and automation systems

How to use

Install the Siemens Ethernet TP Cord by inserting each RJ45 connector into the corresponding port on network devices such as switches, PLCs or HMIs. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm secure mating. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of excessive heat; maintain proper bend radius for CAT 6 cabling. For shielded cables, verify that the connector shields or grounding points are properly connected to the system ground when required by the installation to maximize EMI protection.

Recommendations

Use shielded cabling in electrically noisy industrial environments and connect cable shields to a common ground to ensure optimal interference suppression. Avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines and follow the manufacturer’s installation guidelines for bend radius and connector mating to maintain gigabit performance.
