How to use

Position the clamp around the truss or pipe and hand-tighten the clamping mechanism until the clamp grips securely. Insert the lighting fixture onto the TV-style pin and ensure the fixture locks or seats fully on the pin according to the fixture manufacturer’s instructions. Verify that the clamp and pin are correctly engaged and that the fixture is stable before applying power or leaving the installation unattended. Regular visual checks are recommended during repeated use or when the assembly is subject to movement.

Recommendations

Use the clamp only on compatible truss or pipe diameters and with fixtures designed for TV-pin mounting. Confirm weight limits and safe working loads from the fixture and rigging manufacturer; do not exceed rated loads. Periodically inspect the clamp for wear, deformation or corrosion and replace if any damage is detected. When used in rental or touring environments, perform a check before each installation and after transport.
