F-puristin Bessey EZXL30-9 30 cm musta oranssi

The Bessey EZXL30-9 F-clamp is a one-handed clamp with a 30 cm clamping width designed for versatile workshop use. Combining a plastic housing with hardened steel profiled rails, it delivers a balance of lightweight handling and durable construction. The clamp includes a cross prism in the protective caps for secure fastening of round, pointed and angular workpieces and features a tool-free conversion of the top section from clamping to spreading.

Advantages

The EZXL30-9 provides practical convenience through an ergonomic two-component plastic handle and a pump lever positioned behind the rail for safe access from both directions. A release handle integrated into the grip enables quick adjustment of the sliding bar and fast release of the clamp. Its robust design uses fibreglass-reinforced polyamide for the top and bottom parts and hardened, tempered, burnished steel for the rails, while the plastic housing protects the grip mechanism from dust and chips.

Suitable for

• Clamping and holding wooden parts during gluing and assembly
• Securing metal or plastic pieces for drilling or cutting
• Workpieces with round, pointed or angular profiles
• Applications requiring quick one-handed adjustment and release

How to use

Open the clamp by pressing the release handle to slide the movable bar to the required position, place the workpieces between the jaws and operate the pump lever until the desired clamping force is reached. Use the conversion feature on the top section if spreading rather than clamping is needed. To release, actuate the release mechanism integrated in the grip to disengage the sliding bar and remove the workpiece.

Recommendations

For safe and long-lasting performance, keep the rails clean from dust and chips and avoid exposing the plastic components to prolonged high temperatures or strong solvents. Inspect the clamp regularly for wear on the protective caps and the profiled rails, and replace worn parts as needed.
