Kattokiinnike Bessey STE-DS kiinnike putkelle Ø25 mm ja Ø28 mm

Ceiling mount Bessey STE-DS support for tube Ø25 mm and Ø28 mm is a ceiling bracket intended to secure round tubes with outer diameters of 25 mm and 28 mm. Manufactured by Bessey, the STE-DS provides stable suspension for piping, conduits and workshop fixtures, enabling neat routing and reliable tube support in both professional and DIY environments.

Advantages

The STE-DS ceiling support is designed for straightforward installation and durable performance. Its geometry matches standard round tubes with minimal play, ensuring a secure hold and reduced vibration. The bracket allows space-saving routing along ceilings and keeps tubes accessible yet out of the way. Constructed to withstand routine mechanical loads common in building services and workshop setups, the support offers consistent alignment over time.

Suitable for

• Ceiling suspension of round tubes and conduit runs with 25 mm outer diameter
• Ceiling suspension of round tubes and conduit runs with 28 mm outer diameter
• Workshop fixtures and light piping installations
• Routing of cables or lightweight services where stable ceiling support is required

Key specifications

• Compatible tube outer diameters: 25 mm and 28 mm
• Mounting location: ceiling
• Material: metal construction designed for mechanical support (manufacturer standard)
• Application: support for piping, conduits and workshop fixtures
• Installation type: fixed ceiling-mounted bracket

How to use

Select a suitable ceiling location capable of bearing the applied loads and mark the mounting points. Align the STE-DS support so the tube will run parallel to the ceiling and fix the bracket using appropriate fasteners for the ceiling material. Insert the tube into the support and verify seating and alignment. Tighten any retaining hardware to secure the tube, ensuring the tube is held firmly but without deformation. Inspect the installation for safe clearances and, if required, install additional supports at recommended intervals to distribute load.

Recommendations

Use fixing anchors or screws appropriate for the ceiling substrate (concrete, wood or plasterboard) and adhere to local load-bearing and building codes. For long runs, add intermediate supports to prevent sagging and to maintain alignment. Verify compatibility of tube wall thickness with the bracket seating and perform periodic inspections to confirm that fasteners remain secure.
