FC DB180 KÄRCHER roottorisuutin, 2.642-729.0

The Nozzle Rotor FC DB180 KÄRCHER is an accessory designed for targeted spraying and effective surface cleaning when used with compatible KÄRCHER high-pressure washers. Its rotor nozzle pattern produces a rotating fan of water that concentrates flow and pressure on a small area to remove dirt, grime and light deposits more quickly than a standard nozzle. The design supports straightforward attachment and stable operation under typical pressure washer conditions.

Advantages

The rotating fan action increases cleaning efficiency by combining impact and coverage, reducing the time required to remove stubborn dirt from flat and textured surfaces. The nozzle is engineered for consistent flow distribution and pressure delivery to maintain performance across the working area. Its construction is durable for repeated use and simple to mount and dismount, allowing quick changes between spray accessories.

Suitable for

• Cleaning patios, driveways and sidewalks
• Removing dirt and light stains from vehicles and bicycles
• Washing garden furniture and wooden decks
• Surface preparation before painting or sealing

Key specifications

• Spray type: rotating fan spray for concentrated cleaning action
• Compatibility: designed for use with KÄRCHER high-pressure washer lances and fittings
• Material characteristics: durable materials suitable for pressurized water use
• Intended pressure range: suitable for typical consumer and semi-professional pressure washer operating pressures
• Mounting: quick-attach interface for easy installation and removal

How to use

Attach the nozzle rotor to the pressure washer lance according to the washer manufacturer's instructions, ensuring a secure connection before starting the pump. Operate the machine at the recommended pressure for the surface being cleaned and hold the lance at a steady distance to allow the rotating spray to remove contaminants. Move the nozzle in overlapping strokes to ensure even cleaning and avoid dwelling too long on sensitive materials. After use, depressurize the system, detach the nozzle and rinse it with clean water to remove debris.

Recommendations

Use protective equipment such as gloves and eye protection when operating a pressure washer. Test the nozzle on a small inconspicuous area to confirm the appropriate distance and pressure for the surface. Avoid using the rotating fan nozzle on delicate finishes, soft wood or thin materials where concentrated pressure may cause damage.
