Kokkaussarja Petrel Ultralight kompakti, kevyt retkeilyastiasarja, MPN 0008669300000035

Petrel Ultralight compact lightweight camping cookware set is a nested cooking system engineered for minimal pack weight and reduced volume. The set combines a primary pot, a secondary pan or lid, and integrated storage designed to stack neatly for backpacking, hiking and travel. Materials and shape prioritise fast heating and efficient fuel use, while the compact layout allows the set to fit inside or attach to standard daypacks and trekking packs.

Advantages

The cooking system delivers a low-weight solution for field cooking without sacrificing basic functionality: efficient heat transfer for quicker boiling, a space-saving nested design for easy storage, and components that serve multiple purposes (pot, pan, lid, and storage). The Ultralight construction reduces carry weight for long-distance treks, and the compact profile helps maintain organized gear. The included pieces are suitable for simple meal preparation and beverage heating in variable outdoor conditions.

Suitable for

• Backpacking and ultralight hiking where weight and space are limited
• Weekend camping trips and multi-day treks
• Travel and outdoor expeditions requiring compact cookware
• Preparing boiled foods, simple stews, soups and hot drinks

Key specifications

• Nested, stackable cookware design for compact storage
• Lightweight construction suitable for carry-on in backpacks
• Primary pot and secondary pan/lid configuration for multi-function use
• Fast heat conduction for efficient fuel consumption
• Durable surfaces intended for repeated outdoor use

How to use

Place the cookware on a stable stove or heat source suitable for camping use and add the required amount of water or ingredients. Use the secondary piece as a lid to speed up boiling or as a shallow pan for frying or simmering. After cooking, allow the set to cool before nesting the pieces together for storage. Clean with warm water and mild detergent; dry thoroughly before packing to prevent corrosion or odors.

Recommendations

For efficient performance, match burner size to the pot base to maximise contact and reduce fuel consumption. Avoid exposing the cookware to open flames for prolonged periods; use appropriate wind protection for camping stoves. Store the set dry and nested to preserve the lightweight construction and maintain a compact pack profile.
