The Roadinger 30109784 Plywood Black Silver flight case is a robust transport solution designed to protect musical instruments and professional equipment. Constructed from durable plywood with reinforced metal edges and corners, this case balances strength and manageable weight at approximately 9.4 kg. Advantages

This plywood flight case offers strong mechanical protection against impacts and abrasion thanks to its reinforced construction. How to use

Place the case on a stable surface and open the top by releasing the butterfly latches. Position the equipment inside, using foam inserts or padding as needed to prevent movement and absorb shocks. Close the lid and secure all latches before lifting or loading the case into transport. Use two people for lifting heavier loads to avoid strain and ensure safe handling when stacking multiple cases.

Recommendations

For long-term protection, add custom-cut foam or padded dividers to match the shape of your equipment. Avoid exposing the case to prolonged moisture or extreme temperatures; if it becomes wet, dry it thoroughly before storage. Inspect metal fittings periodically and tighten or replace worn hardware to maintain secure transport conditions.
