The Roadinger 30109787 Plywood Black Silver flight case is a protective transport container designed to secure musical instruments and professional equipment. Constructed from plywood with reinforced hardware and a black-and-silver finish, this case balances structural strength and manageable weight. At approximately 13.4 kg, it is intended for repeated handling and stage or tour use where robust protection and stackability are required.

Advantages

This plywood flight case offers impact-resistant walls and reinforced metal corners to absorb shocks during transport. The lockable latches and recessed handles reduce the risk of accidental opening and provide safer handling. The case’s surface treatment protects against scratches and moisture, while internal padding options allow customization for different equipment shapes. How to use

Place the equipment inside the case on a layer of protective foam or padding suited to the item’s shape. Close the lid and engage all butterfly latches until they click to secure the case. Use the recessed handles for lifting and carry with two people if the load or dimensions require additional support. For stacking, ensure the load is evenly distributed and hardware is properly closed to prevent shifting in transit.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect latches, handles, and corner reinforcements for wear before each tour or shipment. Use purpose-cut foam inserts to minimize movement of equipment and avoid placing liquids or corrosive materials inside the case. Store the case in a dry, ventilated area to reduce long-term exposure to moisture.
