Flightcase Roadinger 31000910 alumiini koivu musta 9,5 kg

The Roadinger 31000910 Aluminium Birch Black flight case is designed to protect audio, lighting and stage equipment during transport and storage. Constructed from birch plywood panels with aluminium edges and reinforced corners, it combines rigidity with a manageable weight of 9.5 kg. The black finish offers a professional appearance while the internal layout supports secure placement of instruments, controllers and other sensitive gear.

Advantages

The combination of birch plywood and aluminium edging provides high structural strength and impact resistance while keeping overall mass relatively low. Reinforced corners and metal fittings increase durability under frequent handling. The case’s interior can be customized or fitted with foam inserts to reduce vibration and secure irregularly shaped items. The black surface finish resists dirt and scratches better than untreated wood surfaces.

How to use

Place equipment inside the case on a clean, dry surface and secure it with foam inserts or straps if available to limit movement. Close and fasten the latches fully to ensure the aluminium edges engage and the case seals against dust and impact. When stacking multiple cases, align corners and distribute weight evenly to avoid deformation. For long-term storage, keep the case in a dry environment to prevent moisture-related damage to the birch panels.

Recommendations

Inspect metal fittings and edges regularly for signs of wear or loosening; tighten or replace hardware as needed. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners. Use custom-cut foam for fragile or precision equipment to minimize shock during transport.
