Fotoelektrinen haarukka-anturi Panasonic PM-K25-P, K-tyyppi, 5–24 V DC, vaalea- ja pimeäkytkentä

Panasonic PM-K25-P is a K-type photoelectric fork sensor designed for non-contact detection in automation and packaging applications. Operating on a 5–24 V DC supply, this fork sensor provides stable light-beam detection across the slot opening and supports both light-switching (normally on) and dark-switching (normally off) modes. The compact, single-unit construction allows straightforward mounting where edge detection, gap sensing or position monitoring is required.

Advantages

The PM-K25-P offers reliable, repeatable sensing without mechanical contact, reducing wear and maintenance. Dual switching modes enable flexible integration with control systems that require either light-activated or dark-activated outputs. Its wide supply voltage range (5–24 V DC) simplifies compatibility with common industrial controllers and power sources. The fork geometry provides stable alignment and consistent detection for small parts, edges, or gaps in conveyor and handling systems.

Suitable for

• Non-contact object detection on conveyors and assembly lines
• Edge or gap sensing for labels, strips, and small components
• Position monitoring of moving parts in packaging equipment
• Counting parts or detecting presence/absence in automated feeders

Key specifications

• Sensor type: K-type photoelectric fork sensor
• Supply voltage: 5–24 V DC
• Switching modes: light-switching (normally on) and dark-switching (normally off)
• Configuration: single-unit fork sensor for slot-beam detection
• Application: non-contact detection, edge/gap sensing, position monitoring

How to use

Install the PM-K25-P so that the object to be detected passes through the fork slot and interrupts or reflects the beam as appropriate for the chosen switching mode. Connect the sensor to a compatible DC power source within the 5–24 V range and wire the output to the control input of a PLC, relay or other switching device according to your system wiring diagrams. Adjust sensor alignment and mounting to ensure consistent beam interruption for reliable switching. Follow standard safety and isolation procedures before wiring or servicing the device.

Recommendations

For best performance, mount the sensor to minimize stray light and ensure stable mechanical alignment. Choose light-switching or dark-switching depending on whether your control logic expects a signal when the beam is present or interrupted. Verify detection with representative parts and adjust mounting height or angle to accommodate variations in object size and surface reflectivity.
