FPC-lattakaapeli DeLOCK USB Type-C – Lightning 86941

The DeLOCK FPC Flat Ribbon Cable (USB Type-C to Lightning, model 86941) connects USB Type-C or Thunderbolt 3 ports on computers and chargers to Apple Lightning devices such as iPhone, iPad and iPod. The cable supports data transfer and charging, including Fast Charge via USB Power Delivery (PD) when used with a compatible USB Type-C PD charger. Its compact length and flat construction make it convenient for mobile use and storage.

Advantages

The cable uses a flexible printed circuit (FPC) instead of conventional copper bundles, which provides an ultra-flexible but robust design with a slim 3 mm diameter. It supports up to 3 A output for efficient charging and complies with USB 2.0 for data transfer. The short 13 cm length is suited for use with laptops, power banks or close-proximity charging without excess cable slack.

Suitable for

• Connecting iPhone, iPad or iPod to USB Type-C or Thunderbolt 3 ports on laptops and computers
• Charging Apple Lightning devices from USB Type-C PD chargers or power banks
• Transferring data between Apple Lightning devices and USB Type-C hosts (USB 2.0 speeds)

How to use

Insert the Lightning connector into the Apple device and the USB Type-C connector into the computer, laptop, USB Type-C power adapter or power bank. When connected to a computer or laptop with a USB Type-C or Thunderbolt 3 port, use the cable for data synchronization and charging. To enable faster charging, connect the USB Type-C end to a compatible USB PD charger; charging speed depends on the charger and device capabilities.

Recommendations

For prolonged cable life, avoid sharp bends near the connectors and do not overstretch the cable. Use a compatible USB Type-C PD charger to benefit from Fast Charge support. Keep the cable dry and store it flat or gently coiled to preserve the flexible printed circuit construction.
