Pizzauuni G3FERRARI G10204 — pöytäpizzauuni, 1 pizza, 1850 W, max. Ø 30 cm, musta/hopea

The G3 Ferrari G10204 Pizza PRO 2 minuti is an electric pizza oven for home use that bakes one pizza up to 30 cm in diameter. Combining a refractory stone with high temperatures (up to 450°C) and independent top and base temperature control, this oven cooks Neapolitan, thin & crispy, pan and frozen pizzas evenly and quickly. The unit includes a removable refractory stone and a large aluminium peel and features a digital display with six preset programs plus manual mode for customised recipes.

Advantages

The appliance achieves fast, uniform cooking thanks to the refractory stone and separate top/base temperature regulation. A digital display with six programs simplifies selection for different pizza styles while manual mode allows fine tuning. The oven is fully electric (1850 W) and is designed for safety and usability with an inner light, forced ventilation cooling system and a triple-layer insulated viewing window that keeps the housing cool during operation.

How to use

Place the removable refractory stone inside the oven and preheat the unit to the desired program or manual temperature until it reaches stable heat. Use the digital display to select one of the six preset programs (manual, Neapolitan, thin, pan, pizza party, frozen) or set top and base temperatures separately. Slide pizza onto the stone with the aluminium peel and monitor cooking through the insulated window and inner light. Remove the pizza with the peel when the crust and topping reach the chosen doneness.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the oven thoroughly with the refractory stone in place, use a peel dusted lightly with flour or semolina for easy transfer, and monitor thin or Neapolitan pizzas closely since they can cook in approximately 2 minutes at high temperature.
