Good to know

Regularly inspect your roller trainer belt for signs of wear, such as cracks, thinning, or a shiny glazed surface. A stretched belt will cause the rollers to lag and may affect your pedalling cadence. For best performance, replace the belt as soon as you notice any deterioration. This simple, low-cost maintenance step keeps your roller trainer working like new and prevents damage to the roller surfaces.
