GEDORE 20 EMU-3 hylsyavainsarja 1/4" 16-osainen 6-kulmainen 4-13 mm (6172290)

Working on fasteners in tight spaces demands a socket set that delivers precise engagement and reliable torque without slipping. The GEDORE 20 EMU-3 socket set answers that need with a compact 1/4-inch drive system built around a fine-tooth reversible ratchet and a comprehensive selection of imperial sockets. Each 6-point socket grips the flats of a fastener rather than the corners, reducing the risk of rounding and ensuring a secure fit even on worn or rusted hardware. The set comes in a durable blue powder-coated steel case, keeping every component organized and protected for years of professional or home use.

Who is it for

This set is ideal for automotive technicians, industrial maintenance crews, and serious DIY enthusiasts who work with imperial fasteners. The 1/4-inch drive is perfect for low-torque applications such as interior trim, electronics, small engine repair, and precision assembly. The reversible ratchet with 72 teeth allows a 5-degree swing arc, making it possible to turn fasteners in confined areas where a standard ratchet would not fit. The included extensions and accessories expand versatility, allowing access to recessed or awkwardly positioned bolts.

Tips

To maximize the life of your socket set, clean the sockets and ratchet after each use and apply a light coat of oil to prevent corrosion. Store the set in its steel case to keep components organized and protected. When working in tight spaces, use the shortest extension that allows access to maintain maximum torque transfer. Always ensure the socket is fully seated on the fastener before applying force.
