Why choose it

The DUETO food mill stands out for its versatility and ease of use. Unlike electric mills, it gives you full control over texture and consistency, from coarse to ultra-fine, simply by swapping the sieve. The generous 2.5-liter capacity reduces the number of batches needed, while the stable three-point base prevents slipping during vigorous turning. All parts that touch food are made of durable, food-safe materials, and the entire unit can be placed in the dishwasher, saving time on cleanup. Whether you are processing soft fruits or cooked root vegetables, the DUETO delivers consistent results without clogging or excessive effort.

Ideal use cases

• Making smooth tomato sauce or passata from fresh tomatoes
• Preparing homemade baby food from steamed vegetables and fruits
• Creating velvety soups, such as potato or carrot, directly in the pot
• Producing fruit purees for jams, jellies, and desserts
• Removing seeds and skins from berries for coulis or sorbets
• Mashing cooked legumes for hummus or bean dips

Good to know

The DUETO food mill requires no assembly and is ready to use straight out of the box. The three sieves are easy to change: simply lift the mill head, swap the disc, and continue. For best results, cook ingredients until tender before milling. The mill fits most standard bowls and pots with a diameter of up to 200 mm. When not in use, it can be stored compactly by nesting the sieves inside the main body. This manual tool is an energy-efficient alternative to electric food mills and gives you precise control over the final texture of your dishes.
