Gira Uni-LED-himmenninsisäosa 2-osainen S3000 malli 540200 LED-valaistukselle

gira Uni-LED dimmer insert 2-gang S3000 model 540200 for LED lighting is a built-in control module designed to provide smooth dimming of compatible LED lamps and fixtures. It is intended to be mounted in standard switch frames of the Gira S3000 series and integrates with existing electrical switch systems to allow adjustable light output for rooms, corridors and living areas. The unit supports two independent channels in a single insert, enabling separate control of two lighting circuits from one mounting position.

Advantages

The dimmer insert offers stable brightness control and is optimized for a wide range of LED loads to reduce flicker and improve lamp life. Its compact 2-gang design consolidates two dimming functions into a single module, saving space behind the faceplate and simplifying installation for multi-circuit locations. The product is engineered for compatibility with the Gira S3000 mechanical frame system, ensuring a consistent finish and mechanical fit. Energy efficiency is supported through dimming capability, allowing users to lower light output and reduce power consumption when full brightness is not required.

How to use

Install the gira Uni-LED dimmer insert in accordance with local electrical codes and the device installation instructions. Power must be disconnected at the distribution board before beginning work. Mount the insert into the appropriate S3000 frame and connect live, neutral (if required) and switched live conductors to the correct terminals for each channel. After installation and restoring power, verify functionality and adjust the connected LED loads as needed to ensure stable dimming and absence of flicker. For safety and warranty compliance, installation by a qualified electrician is recommended.

Recommendations

Use the dimmer insert with LED lamps and drivers that are specified as dimmable; non-dimmable LEDs or incompatible drivers may cause flicker or reduced performance. When combining multiple LED fixtures on one channel, ensure the total load falls within the dimmer's supported range and test the circuit at typical operating brightness levels. For optimal results, pair the insert with the Gira S3000 frame and compatible control knobs or rocker interfaces as specified by the manufacturer.
