DisplayPort-kaapeli WENTRONIC 74754 — DisplayPort–DisplayPort, tukee 8K @120Hz ja 10K @60Hz

DisplayPort cable WENTRONIC 74754 is a DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort connection cable designed for high-resolution displays. It supports transmission of high-bandwidth video signals up to 8K at 120Hz and 10K at 60Hz, enabling clear and smooth picture reproduction for supported source devices and displays. The cable is intended to provide stable digital signal transmission between compatible PCs, laptops and monitors that feature DisplayPort interfaces.

Advantages

The cable supports very high resolutions and refresh rates, enabling use with modern displays that require increased bandwidth. As a direct DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort connection, it preserves digital signal integrity for video and compatible audio channels. The product is suitable for single-cable connections that aim to reduce cable clutter while maintaining high data throughput.

Suitable for

• Connecting a desktop PC or workstation to a high-resolution monitor
• Linking a laptop with DisplayPort output to an external display for gaming or productivity
• Professional graphics work where high-resolution and high-refresh output is required
• Multimedia playback on monitors that support 8K/10K resolutions

Key specifications

• Connector type: DisplayPort to DisplayPort
• Maximum supported resolutions and refresh rates: up to 8K at 120Hz and 10K at 60Hz
• Purpose: high-bandwidth digital video and compatible audio transmission
• Compatibility: devices with DisplayPort interfaces (source and display)

How to use

Connect one end of the WENTRONIC 74754 DisplayPort cable to the DisplayPort output on the source device (PC, laptop, or graphics card) and the other end to the DisplayPort input on the monitor. Ensure both devices support the desired resolution and refresh rate, and configure display settings in the operating system or GPU control panel to select the proper resolution and refresh frequency. Avoid forcing unsupported modes; if the display shows limited options, verify cable seating, device support, and drivers.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable with devices and displays that explicitly support the target resolutions and refresh rates. Keep connectors clean and avoid excessive bending near the ends. Update graphics drivers and check display firmware/settings if expected resolutions are not available.
