GPU-teline Phanteks PH-VGPUKT4.0_03R

The Phanteks Gen4 Vertical GPU Bracket (PH-VGPUKT4.0_03R) enables vertical installation of graphics cards while maintaining PCIe Gen4 x16 performance. Compatible out of the box with Phanteks P300A, P360A and P400A chassis that feature an open PCI slot, the bracket can also be fitted into other ATX cases with minor modification. The kit includes a 220 mm PCIe Gen4 x16 riser cable designed for full-speed Gen4 operation and a metal bracket that provides structural support to reduce GPU sag.

Advantages

The metal construction offers durable support for heavy GPUs and helps prevent sag. The supplied 220 mm Gen4 x16 riser cable uses a dual-layer design and individually shielded conductors to preserve signal integrity and ensure stable high-speed operation. The bracket supports GPUs from 1-slot up to 4-slot widths and provides access to ports on the first two slots.

Suitable for

• Vertical GPU display and installation in Phanteks P300A, P360A, P400A
• Custom ATX builds where case modification is acceptable
• Heavy or long graphics cards requiring additional support
• Systems that need a 220 mm PCIe Gen4 x16 riser for full Gen4 performance

How to use

Install the metal bracket into the case’s PCI area following the mounting points provided for the compatible Phanteks chassis or after performing required modifications on other ATX cases. Connect the included 220 mm PCIe Gen4 x16 riser cable between the motherboard PCIe x16 slot and the graphics card, then secure the GPU to the vertical bracket. Ensure all screws are tightened and that the riser cable is routed without sharp bends to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the included PCIe Gen4 x16 riser cable with a Gen4-capable motherboard and graphics card. Avoid tight bends or kinks in the riser cable and verify that the case has sufficient airflow around a vertically mounted GPU. If installing in a non-compatible ATX case, follow manufacturer guidance for safe modification or consult an experienced builder.
