How to use

Before operation, fit the 125 x 22.2 mm diamond disc securely according to the manufacturer’s mounting instructions and ensure the machine is disconnected from the power supply while fitting or adjusting accessories. Select appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection, hearing protection and respiratory protection when cutting dust-producing materials. Start the tool and allow the motor to reach full speed before engaging the workpiece; use steady, controlled feed pressure and avoid forcing the disc. After use, allow the disc to stop completely before setting the tool down and disconnect the power supply before changing discs or performing maintenance.

Recommendations

Use cutting discs rated for the materials you intend to work on, follow manufacturer guidance for disc speeds and safe mounting, and maintain a firm two-handed grip for stable control. Inspect discs for damage before each use and replace worn or cracked discs promptly to maintain cutting quality and safety.
