Sinetöity lyijyakku (VRLA) AGM-akku Green Cell 6V 12Ah, 94×151×50 mm, 1,65 kg

The Green Cell AGM Battery 6V 12Ah is a sealed lead-acid (VRLA) accumulator designed for reliable, low-maintenance power. With a nominal voltage of 6V and a capacity of 12Ah (12,000 mAh), the battery offers compact backup power in a compact 151 x 94 mm housing and a weight of 1.65 kg. AGM technology uses a fiberglass separator to absorb the electrolyte, preventing leaks and allowing installation in various orientations.

Advantages

AGM construction provides improved safety compared with conventional flooded lead-acid cells by immobilising the electrolyte and reducing the risk of leakage. The sealed design enables maintenance-free operation and allows the battery to be installed in non-vertical positions. Its moderate weight and compact dimensions make it suitable for confined spaces where stable 6V power is required.

Suitable for

• Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS)
• Alarm and security systems
• Portable equipment and small backup power supplies
• Emergency lighting

How to use

Install the battery according to the equipment manufacturer’s instructions, observing correct polarity when connecting terminals. For initial use, ensure the battery is charged with a charger appropriate for sealed lead-acid (AGM/VRLA) batteries. Do not charge with high-voltage or improper chargers. Position the battery in a ventilated, dry location; although AGM design permits non-vertical mounting, follow the device manufacturer’s recommendations for orientation and securing.

Recommendations

Use a charger compatible with AGM/VRLA chemistry, avoid deep discharges when possible, and store the battery in a cool, dry place with partial charge if unused for extended periods. Follow local regulations for disposal or recycling of lead-acid batteries.
