The Intellinet Cage Nut Pack Intellinet 711081 contains 50 M6 cage nuts, 50 M6 screws and 50 plastic washers supplied in a storage jar. Designed for network cabinets and server racks, the set combines metal cage nuts and screws with plastic washers to provide a secure mounting solution for rack equipment. The product is backed by a lifetime warranty and intended for professional and home installations.

Advantages

The components are made of durable metal (nuts and screws) and plastic (washers) to resist wear during installation. Including 50 complete sets in one pack reduces the need to source parts individually and saves time on multiple mounting jobs. The supplied storage jar keeps small parts organised and accessible.

Suitable for

• Mounting 19" rack equipment in server racks
• Securing devices inside network cabinets
• Replacing worn or missing M6 rack fasteners

Key specifications

• Contents: 50 x M6 cage nuts, 50 x M6 screws, 50 x plastic washers
• Thread size: M6
• Packaging: plastic storage jar
• Brand: INTELLINET
• Manufacturer part number (MPN): 711081

How to use

Place a cage nut into the square hole of a rack mounting rail by compressing its wings and snapping it into place. Align the equipment’s mounting holes with the installed cage nuts, insert the M6 screws through the equipment’s ears or mounting bracket and tighten to secure the device. Use the plastic washers between screw head and equipment surface if needed to avoid metal-to-metal contact.

Recommendations

For safe and reliable mounting, check that cage nuts are fully seated before applying torque to screws. Use an appropriate torque value for M6 fasteners to avoid thread damage and verify compatibility with your rack rail thickness. Store unused parts in the provided jar to prevent loss.
