Hama 00205206 koaksiaaliliitin F-pistorasia 2 kpl

The Hama 00205206 coaxial connector F-type provides a dual F-to-F connection designed for reliable signal transmission in audio and video systems. This pack contains two silver-colored F-type connectors that attach to standard coaxial cables to extend runs or join cable segments. The connectors are intended for home entertainment setups, satellite or terrestrial antenna connections, and other coaxial applications where a secure threaded coupling is required.

Advantages

These F-type connectors offer a threaded metal coupling that ensures stable mechanical contact and consistent electrical continuity. The silver finish helps resist corrosion and provides a neat, uniform appearance in visible installations. The compact design makes them easy to install in tight spaces, while the standard F interface guarantees compatibility with most consumer coaxial cables and devices.

Suitable for

• Extending coaxial cable runs in home A/V systems
• Connecting satellite or terrestrial antenna cables
• Joining cable segments during installation or repairs
• Temporary or permanent connections in set-top box, TV, and tuner setups

Key specifications

• Connector type: F-to-F coaxial connector
• Quantity: 2 pieces per pack
• Colour: silver
• Contact method: threaded screw coupling for coaxial cable
• Compatibility: standard household coaxial cables and F-type devices

How to use

To use the F-type coaxial connector, align the male threaded end of one cable with the female end of the connector and screw clockwise until hand-tight. Repeat the same process for the other cable or device to create a secure joint. Avoid using excessive force or overtightening with tools to prevent damage to the connector or cable. Ensure cable center conductors are straight and properly seated before final tightening to maintain good electrical contact and signal quality.

Recommendations

For best performance, use connectors with clean, undamaged cable ends and avoid repeated disassembly that may wear threads. If connectors are used outdoors or in humid environments, consider additional weatherproofing such as tape or protective boots to reduce moisture ingress and maintain long-term signal integrity.
