Hama InfiniBand/kuitu-kaapeli 9 m LC valkoinen Hama 00200744

The Hama 00200744 is a 9 m InfiniBand/fibre optic cable with LC connectors on both ends, designed for high-speed data transfer up to 10 Gbps. The halogen-free (LSZH) jacket reduces smoke and prevents release of corrosive or toxic gases in case of fire. Slimline LC plugs and polished contact surfaces ensure reliable, low-loss connections for data center and high-performance computing environments.

Advantages

Halogen-free LSZH construction increases safety by limiting smoke and toxic emissions. Polished contact surfaces and precise connector fit provide loss-minimised signal transmission. The slimline LC plugs are suitable for tight spaces and mobile devices, while flexible materials improve kink protection and reduce risk of cable breakage. High-quality materials and workmanship deliver consistent transmission performance.

How to use

Connect the LC connector at each end to compatible LC fibre ports on your devices, ensuring connectors are clean and properly aligned. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends; maintain gentle curves to preserve optical performance. For installation in racks or tight spaces, use the slimline plug orientation that minimises strain and allows efficient port access.

Recommendations

Keep LC connector endfaces protected from dust when not in use and inspect or clean using appropriate fibre-optic cleaning tools to maintain low-loss connections. Avoid repeated tight bending and excessive pulling forces to prolong cable life and preserve transmission quality.
