Harrasteveitsisarja WEDO 78 722 — harrasteveitsi ja 6 erilaista terämuotoa

The WEDO Hobby Knife Set 78 722 contains a precision hobby knife and six interchangeable blades with different shapes for cutting, trimming and detailed work on paper, cardboard, plastics and other thin materials. The compact knife handle and varied blade profiles allow controlled, accurate cuts for model making, crafting, DIY and other precision tasks. Blades are replaceable to match the cutting profile required for each operation, reducing the need for multiple tools.

Advantages

The set combines a single ergonomic handle with six blade shapes to cover common cutting needs: straight, pointed, curved and other profiles for scoring, slicing and fine detailing. Blade interchangeability enables fast changes and precise positioning while working, and the lightweight handle supports steady control during delicate operations. Materials suited to thin substrates are handled cleanly thanks to sharp blade edges and predictable cutting angles.

Suitable for

• Model making and scale modeling
• Paper crafting, scrapbooking and card making
• Trimming plastics, decals and thin sheets
• Precision DIY tasks and hobby repairs
• Detailed trimming and shaping of small parts

Key specifications

• Contents: 1 knife handle and 6 interchangeable blades with different shapes
• Blade types: variety of profiles for pointed, straight and curved cutting (six shapes)
• Handle: compact, lightweight design for precision grip
• Suitable materials: paper, cardboard, thin plastics, foils and similar thin substrates
• Operation: manual cutting with replaceable blades

How to use

Select the blade shape suitable for the task and fit it securely into the knife handle following the built-in fastening method. Hold the handle with a steady grip and guide the blade along the cutting line with controlled, even pressure; for delicate cuts take multiple light passes rather than a single heavy cut. Replace blades when dull or damaged and store unused blades safely to avoid accidental injury. Work on a stable cutting surface and, if necessary, use a cutting mat to protect the workbench and prolong blade life.

Recommendations

Use the sharper pointed blades for detailed trimming and scoring, and the straighter or curved blades for slicing and shaping. Always cut away from your body, wear eye protection if working with brittle materials, and keep blades out of reach of children. Regularly rotate or replace blades to maintain cutting accuracy and avoid tearing thin materials.
