Harting HART puristusliitäntä 09140063101 hylsyosio F

The HARTING 09140063101 redefines reliability in industrial rectangular connectors: a 6-pole female crimp insert engineered for the Han E series, delivering secure power and signal transmission in a compact, high-density format. Unlike generic inserts, it combines a rugged polycarbonate body with precision-machined crimp contacts (sold separately), ensuring low contact resistance and long-term stability even under vibration and thermal cycling.

Highlights

• 6-pole female insert for Han E series, compatible with Han 6 B housings
• Crimp termination for durable, field-serviceable connections
• Rated for 16 A / 500 V, with 6 kV impulse withstand
• Wide operating temperature range: -40 °C to +125 °C
• UL 94 V-0 flame-retardant polycarbonate insulator
• Supports wire gauges from 0.14 mm² to 4 mm² (AWG 26–12) with appropriate contacts
• Approvals: DNV GL, UL, CSA; RoHS compliant

In daily use

This insert is the heart of modular industrial connectivity. Install it into a Han 6 B hood or housing, crimp your conductors onto Han E contacts, and snap the insert into place. The robust design withstands harsh environments, while the high mating cycle rating (≥500) ensures repeated reconfiguration without performance loss. Ideal for machinery, automation, and energy distribution where downtime is not an option.
