HDMI-jakaja Marmitek Split 312 UHD HDMI 2x HDMI

The Marmitek Split 312 UHD HDMI splitter duplicates an HDMI signal from a single source to two HDMI displays simultaneously. It is designed for use with devices such as digital TV decoders, satellite receivers, game consoles and Blu-ray players, offering support for Ultra HD 4K, Full HD 1080p and all 3D formats while maintaining compatible audio formats and HD audio. The unit is compact, grey in colour, and provides a simple plug-and-play solution for showing the same content on two screens without swapping cables.

Advantages

The splitter allows you to display video and audio from one HDMI source on two TVs or projectors at the same time, eliminating the need to change HDMI cables when switching screens. It supports Ultra HD 4K, Full HD 1080p, 3D formats and common audio formats including HD Audio. An EDID switch lets you select the maximum video resolution on the HDMI outputs, and HDCP 2.2 support enables playback of protected 4K Ultra HD content.

Suitable for

• Home cinema setups where the same image is required on two TVs or a TV and a projector
• Presentations in meeting rooms or classrooms that need a duplicated HDMI signal
• Connecting a single Blu-ray player, game console or set-top box to two displays

How to use

Use the EDID switch to select the desired maximum output resolution if necessary. Play content on the source device and the same audio/video signal will appear on both connected displays.

Recommendations

Use high-quality HDMI cables rated for the desired resolution (for example HDMI cables rated for 4K at 60Hz) and ensure connected displays support the chosen resolution. If you experience handshake or compatibility issues with protected content, verify HDCP settings and try switching EDID settings to match the displays’ capabilities.
