HDMI-kaapeli ShiverPeaks 2m

The ShiverPeaks 2m HDMI Cable is a 2-metre, black HDMI cable with HDMI Type A male connectors on both ends. It features gold-plated contacts designed for reliable electrical connection and supports a data transfer rate up to 8.16 Gbit/s. The cable's construction is intended for connecting audiovisual devices such as TVs, monitors and projectors, delivering uncompressed digital video and audio signals between compatible sources and displays.

Advantages

The cable’s gold-plated contacts reduce corrosion and help maintain stable signal transfer over time. With a 2 m length, it provides flexibility for typical home and office setups without excess slack. The standard HDMI Type A connectors ensure wide compatibility with legacy and current HDMI devices. Its black outer jacket offers a neutral appearance that fits behind furniture and AV installations.

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A male end of the ShiverPeaks 2m HDMI Cable to the HDMI output of your source device (for example a media player, laptop or game console) and plug the other end into the HDMI input of the display device (TV, monitor or projector). Ensure each connector is fully seated and the devices are powered on. If required by your devices, select the correct HDMI input on the display and configure resolution or audio settings through the source device's menu.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and tight knots in the cable; route the cable with gentle curves and secure it to prevent strain on the connectors. Keep the cable away from high-power electrical cables to reduce potential interference. When using higher resolutions or longer runs, verify that connected devices support the desired display settings since the cable’s specified data rate is 8.16 Gbit/s.
