HDMI-kaapeli ShiverPeaks 7,5 m

The ShiverPeaks 7.5m HDMI Cable provides a reliable wired connection between HDMI-equipped devices over an extended distance. Featuring standard HDMI Type A connectors with gold-plated contacts and a white jacket, the cable supports a data transfer rate of 8.16 Gbit/s to carry high-quality video and audio signals across a 7.5 metre span. The cable is designed for use where a longer, single-cable run is needed without additional adapters.

Advantages

Gold-plated HDMI Type A connectors reduce corrosion and help maintain consistent signal contact. The 7.5 m length allows flexible placement of displays, projectors, or consoles while keeping a single continuous connection. A white exterior provides a neutral appearance that blends with light-coloured walls or equipment. The specified data transfer rate ensures compatibility with standard HD and many higher-resolution sources that operate within this bandwidth.

Suitable for

• Connecting TVs to media players, set-top boxes, or receivers in living rooms and bedrooms
• Linking projectors to laptops or AV equipment in classrooms and meeting rooms
• Connecting gaming consoles to TVs or monitors where a longer cable run is needed
• Temporary AV setups and home theatre wiring where a 7.5 m cable is sufficient

Key specifications

• Cable length: 7.5 m
• Connectors: HDMI Type A (standard) on both ends
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts for improved corrosion resistance
• Data transfer rate: 8.16 Gbit/s
• Colour: white

How to use

Inspect both HDMI ports on your source device and display to ensure they are free of dust. Firmly insert one HDMI Type A connector into the source (for example a Blu-ray player, console, or laptop) and the other connector into the HDMI input on the display device. Select the correct HDMI input on the display device's menu. If the devices do not automatically detect each other, power-cycle both devices and reselect the input. Avoid bending the cable sharply near the connectors to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

For best results, keep the cable run as direct as possible and avoid routing near large sources of electromagnetic interference such as unshielded power cables or transformers. When used for higher-resolution content, confirm that both source and display settings are configured within the supported bandwidth limits to ensure stable video and audio transmission.
