HDMI-kaapeli ShiverPeaks BASIC-S 1 m

The ShiverPeaks BASIC-S 1m HDMI cable provides a standard HDMI Type A to Type A connection in a compact 1 m length. It features gold‑plated contacts to improve conductivity and reduce corrosion, and supports a data transfer rate of up to 8.16 Gbit/s for reliable transmission of high-definition video and multi‑channel audio between compatible devices. The cable’s black jacket offers a neutral appearance that integrates with home entertainment systems, PC workstations and display equipment.

Advantages

The cable’s gold‑plated HDMI Type A connectors deliver consistent contact quality and lower contact resistance. With a specified data throughput of 8.16 Gbit/s, it handles Full HD and many high‑resolution signals while maintaining audio synchronization. Its 1 m length is convenient for short runs between closely positioned devices, minimizing cable clutter and signal degradation associated with excessive cable length.

Suitable for

• Connecting Blu‑ray players, set‑top boxes and media streamers to TVs and monitors
• Linking laptops or desktop graphics cards to external displays
• Connecting game consoles to HDTVs or AV receivers in compact setups
• Short‑run installations where a neat, unobtrusive cable is required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1 m
• Connectors: HDMI Type A (male) on both ends
• Data transfer rate: up to 8.16 Gbit/s
• Contact plating: gold‑plated contacts
• Colour: Black

How to use

Insert one HDMI Type A connector into the HDMI output of the source device (for example a laptop, console or media player) and the other connector into the HDMI input of the display device (TV, monitor or AV receiver). Ensure both devices are powered on and set to the appropriate input or output settings; most devices will auto‑detect the HDMI connection. Route the 1 m cable to avoid sharp bends and pinch points to preserve connector integrity and signal quality.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable alongside high‑power electrical wiring and keep it away from strong electromagnetic sources. For longer distances or advanced features such as 4K at high refresh rates, HDR or deep colour support, consult the device specifications to confirm required bandwidth and choose a cable rated for those features if necessary.
