HDMI-kaapeli ShiverPeaks BS01-20085 15 m

The ShiverPeaks BS01-20085 HDMI Cable 15m provides a long-reach digital connection for home entertainment and professional AV setups. This 15-metre HDMI cable features HDMI Type A connectors at both ends and supports data transfer rates up to 18 Gbit/s. Gold-plated contacts and a dual-color black and grey jacket are part of its construction, intended to deliver reliable signal transmission over an extended distance while maintaining a tidy appearance.

Advantages

The cable supports high-bandwidth video and audio signals with up to 18 Gbit/s throughput, suitable for Full HD and many 4K applications. Gold-plated contacts reduce corrosion and help maintain consistent contact quality. Its 15 m length enables flexible device placement without repeated use of adapters or extenders. The black and grey outer jacket is designed for durability and discreet integration into living rooms, conference rooms, or studio environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting TVs, projectors or monitors to Blu-ray players, streaming devices or set-top boxes across longer distances
• AV installations in living rooms, meeting rooms, classrooms or exhibition spaces
• Home cinema setups where source and display are separated by several metres
• Temporary or fixed connections in small studio and recording environments

Key specifications

• Connector type: HDMI Type A on both ends
• Cable length: 15 metres
• Maximum data rate: 18 Gbit/s
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts for corrosion resistance
• Outer colour: black and grey jacket

How to use

Ensure both source and display devices have compatible HDMI Type A ports. Route the 15 m cable avoiding sharp bends and pinching; maintain gentle curves and secure the cable where needed to prevent strain on connectors. Insert each HDMI Type A connector fully into the corresponding port until it seats securely. If the display does not automatically detect the signal, select the correct HDMI input on the display device and verify output settings on the source (resolution and refresh rate) to match the supported capabilities.

Recommendations

For optimal signal integrity over the full 15 m length, avoid running the cable in parallel alongside high-power electrical cables and keep connections free from tension. When using 4K resolutions, verify that source and display settings do not demand bandwidth beyond 18 Gbit/s; if higher bandwidth is required, consider components and cables rated for greater throughput.
