Hebotec KBS-SN 4-20 10 asennusjalusta musta 3011-572C

Securing cable ties to flat surfaces often requires a reliable anchor point that can withstand mechanical stress without cracking or loosening. The Hebotec KBS-SN 4-20 10 mounting base solves this by providing a compact, screw-fastened foundation for cable ties up to 4.8 mm wide.

Who is it for

This mounting base is intended for electricians, panel builders, and maintenance technicians who need to route and fasten cables in control cabinets, machinery, or structured cabling installations. It suits applications where adhesive bases are not durable enough and a screwed connection is required.

Main features

• Square 20 x 20 mm footprint with a low 4.5 mm profile for space-restricted areas.
• Central 4.3 mm screw hole accepts M4 screws for secure attachment.
• Made from black polyamide 6.6 (PA66), offering good mechanical strength and resistance to oils and greases.
• Halogen-free material, suitable for environments where halogen emissions must be avoided.
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C covers most indoor and outdoor industrial conditions.
• UL94 V-2 flammability rating.

Tips

For outdoor use where UV exposure is high, consider a UV-stabilised alternative, as standard PA66 can degrade over time. Always use a washer if the mounting surface is soft or uneven to prevent the base from cracking under load.
