With capacity for up to 8 sheets, this binder provides a simple solution for separating and protecting a small set of papers. Its multicolour design facilitates quick visual identification and can be used in school, at home or in the office for short-term storage and presentation of documents.

Advantages

This ring binder combines a slim profile with a colour-coded appearance to support fast document retrieval. The binder is lightweight and easy to carry, and its ring mechanism keeps pages aligned and secure. The multicolour cover increases visibility on shelves or in bags and helps distinguish different subjects or projects. Materials are chosen for everyday handling and straightforward maintenance.

Suitable for

• Organising individual assignments, short reports or handouts
• School subjects and classroom materials for students
• Small reference sets, checklists or project notes
• Temporary presentation of documents in meetings or workshops

Key specifications

• Format: A4 (suitable for A4-sized papers)
• Capacity: holds up to 8 sheets
• Cover: multicolour design for visual sorting
• Binding: ring mechanism to secure punched papers
• Weight and dimensions: compact and lightweight for portability

How to use

Open the ring mechanism, insert A4 punched sheets one by one and close the rings until they lock. Use different coloured binders to separate subjects or categories and place the binder on a shelf, in a bag or in a drawer for easy access. When adding or removing pages, handle the rings gently to avoid bending and ensure pages remain aligned.

Recommendations

Store the binder upright or flat in a dry environment to prevent warping. For frequent access, label the cover or spine if available and use reinforced punched sheets when storing important documents to reduce wear at the punched holes.
