Hiilipaperi A4 Herlitz 10303717

Herlitz Carbon Paper A4 is supplied in packs of 25 sheets and measures A4 size, providing a reliable medium for producing clear carbon copies. The sheets are colored violet, which helps distinguish copies while maintaining legible transfer of text and simple graphics. Designed for manual duplication tasks, this carbon paper is intended for straightforward use in offices, schools and craft activities where quick, low-tech copying is required.

Advantages

The A4 format fits standard paper handling and provides consistent alignment for written or typed originals. A pack of 25 sheets offers a balance between quantity and storage convenience for moderate use. The violet transfer layer produces distinct copies that are easy to separate from originals and other duplicate layers while preserving good contrast for handwriting and type. The sheets are thin enough for manual use yet durable enough to produce multiple good-quality impressions when used correctly.

Suitable for

• Making single or multiple manual copies of handwritten forms
• Creating duplicate receipts, invoices or delivery notes
• Arts and craft projects that require transfer of outlines or patterns
• School assignments and practice worksheets needing copies

Key specifications

• Format: A4
• Sheet count per pack: 25
• Transfer dye color: violet
• Intended use: manual carbon copying of text and simple graphics
• Compatibility: suitable for handwriting and typewritten originals

How to use

Place a carbon sheet with the colored side facing down between the original and the blank copy. Align edges to ensure accurate transfer. Apply firm, even pressure with a pen, pencil or typewriter key to transfer the image or text onto the underlying sheet. Replace the carbon sheet after noticeable loss of transfer quality to maintain clear copies. For multi-copy needs, stack additional blank sheets beneath the carbon sheet, ensuring the carbon remains correctly oriented.

Recommendations

Store the carbon paper flat in a dry environment to prevent curling or damage. Avoid exposing sheets to high humidity or direct sunlight. Test a single sheet on scrap paper before use to confirm correct orientation and pressure. For archival or long-term documentation, consider creating a digital scan of the copy rather than relying solely on carbon duplicates.
