How to use

Attach a compatible 150 mm abrasive disk according to the manufacturer’s fastening method. Connect the sander to a power source that matches the tool’s electrical requirements and hold the tool with a firm but relaxed grip. Start the sander and allow the motor to reach full speed before applying light, even pressure to the work surface. Move the sander in overlapping passes, keeping it flat to avoid creating dips. For best results, work progressively from coarser to finer grit abrasives and inspect the surface regularly.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask. For dust control, use a compatible dust extraction system or connect the sander to a vacuum where possible. Select abrasive grit according to material and desired finish: coarser grits for rapid stock removal, finer grits for smoothing and finishing. Avoid excessive pressure on the sander to prevent uneven sanding and premature wear.
