Hiomakone GRAPHITE 59G678 850 W

The GRAPHITE 59G678 850 W sander is a handheld electric sanding tool designed for efficient material removal and surface preparation. Equipped with an 850 W motor, this sander delivers consistent power for smoothing wood, preparing painted surfaces, and refining other common materials. Its ergonomic housing and compact footprint make it suitable for extended use while the integrated dust collection system helps maintain a cleaner workspace during sanding tasks.

Advantages

The 850 W motor provides steady torque for uniform sanding results without frequent stalling. Ergonomic design reduces hand and wrist fatigue during prolonged use and improves control over the sanding surface. Built-in dust collection captures most sanding debris, which reduces airborne dust and simplifies cleanup. The tool's compatibility with common sanding sheets and simple fastening mechanism enable quick abrasive changes and flexibility for different grit levels.

Key specifications

• Power: 850 W motor output for continuous operation
• Tool type: Handheld electric sander designed for general-purpose sanding
• Ergonomics: Contoured grip and balanced body for reduced user fatigue
• Dust management: Integrated dust collection system to reduce workspace contamination
• Abrasive compatibility: Accepts standard sanding sheets suitable for multiple grit ranges

How to use

Fit an appropriate abrasive sheet to the sanding pad according to the surface and desired finish. Secure the sheet using the tool’s fastening system, then connect the sander to the power supply. Hold the tool with a firm but relaxed grip, switch it on, and move it evenly across the workpiece following the grain of the material where applicable. Apply light, consistent pressure and avoid staying in one place to prevent gouging. Periodically inspect the abrasive and empty the dust collection container to maintain suction efficiency.

Recommendations

For best results, start with a coarser grit to remove material quickly, then progress to finer grits for a smooth finish. Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask when sanding. Keep the dust collection port clear and empty the container regularly. Store the sander in a dry, ventilated place and check the power cord for damage before each use.
