Hiomalaikat Bosch C430 Expert puulle ja lakalle

The Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint sanding discs are designed to deliver a long lifetime when sanding wood, veneer and solid surfaces. The discs feature an electrostatic open-coated surface that maintains consistent dust removal and prevents sheet clogging. The abrasive grit is wear-resistant and resin-bonded for durability, while the highly flexible C-/B- paper backing allows folding without cracking. These sanding discs are intended for keying and sanding of paint, varnish, filler, primer and wood-based materials and are compatible with random orbital sanders.

Advantages

The electrostatic open coat ensures effective dust extraction and reduces clogging, extending usable life. Tough, resin-bonded abrasive grit resists wear for repeated use. Flexible C-/B- paper backing permits folding and handling without cracking. Compatible with random orbital sanders for common sanding tasks on wood and painted surfaces.

How to use

Attach the sanding disc to a compatible random orbital sander according to the sander manufacturer’s instructions. Use even, light pressure and move the sander continuously to avoid creating grooves or uneven areas. For paint and varnish work, start with an appropriate grit for the task and progress to finer grits as needed for a smooth finish. Replace the disc when grit becomes worn or clogging affects performance.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (dust mask, eye protection) and ensure proper dust extraction when sanding. Test on a small area when sanding surfaces after wetting and choose the correct grit for the material and stage of sanding.
