Hiomalaikka FEIN 63717227020 16 kpl

The FEIN 63717227020 sanding disc set (16 pcs) provides high sanding capacity with reduced clogging and long service life thanks to corundum abrasive grit bonded with artificial resins. These 115 mm perforated discs are suitable for universal use on a wide range of materials and can be used with or without dust extraction. The set is compatible with FEIN sanders and uses hook-and-loop fastening for quick attachment and replacement.

Advantages

Corundum abrasive grit combined with full bonding to artificial resins ensures effective material removal and extended disc life. The perforated design supports dust extraction while also allowing use without it. Hook-and-loop fastening offers fast, secure mounting and easy replacement during work. The 115 mm diameter fits standard FEIN sanding pads for consistent performance across tasks.

Suitable for

• Sanding painted surfaces
• Removing rust and corrosion
• Smoothing wood and composite materials
• Preparing surfaces for finishing

How to use

Attach the 115 mm sanding disc to the sander’s pad using the hook-and-loop backing, ensuring correct alignment of the perforations if using dust extraction. Start sanding with moderate pressure and progress through finer grits if required to achieve the desired finish. Clean or replace discs when clogging reduces effectiveness to maintain consistent results.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, dust mask and gloves) and select the correct grit progression for the material. For best dust control, align the disc perforations with the sander’s extraction ports and use an extractor when possible.
