Sanding disc set Bosch 2608902430 Ø 150 mm, 6 pieces is a collection of six 150 mm abrasive discs intended for sanding and surface preparation on wood, painted surfaces and light coatings when used with compatible 150 mm sanders. The discs deliver uniform abrasive action over the working area and are suitable for medium-scale finishing tasks in both DIY and professional settings.

Advantages

The set includes six discs sized at 150 mm diameter to ensure consistent coverage and quick material removal where medium abrasiveness is required. Designed for easy attachment to compatible orbital and disc sanders, the discs provide stable sanding performance and uniform wear. Their construction supports effective dust removal and even surface results without aggressive cutting, making them adaptable to a range of common finishing jobs.

Suitable for

• Sanding wooden furniture and panels
• Preparation of painted surfaces for repainting
• Removing light coatings and surface imperfections
• General smoothing and finishing in home renovation projects

Key specifications

• Diameter: 150 mm
• Quantity: 6 pieces per set
• Intended material: wood, paint, light coatings
• Compatible tool type: 150 mm sanders (orbital and disc variants)
• Abrasion level: medium (suitable for general-purpose finishing)

How to use

Attach a disc to a compatible 150 mm sander according to the sander manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the disc is securely fastened before switching on the tool. Start with light pressure and even passes across the surface, increasing pressure only as needed to achieve the desired removal rate. Work along the grain on wood surfaces to reduce visible scratches and change discs when the abrasive surface shows significant wear to maintain consistent results.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety goggles and a dust mask when sanding. Operate the sander at recommended speeds for the disc and the material being worked on, and combine with a dust extraction system if available to improve visibility and prolong disc life.
